I would not recommend Sunflower Obgyn to anyone. I sought out fertility treatments and was diagnosed with PCOS there, for which I was prescribed medication to conceive. Without an HSG test being done to check for blocked Fallopian tubes, as my family doctor had warned me of the risks, I went ahead with the fertility drugs without knowing the possible effects, one of which is having an ectopic pregnancy. Thankfully, I conceived in spite of this but my prenatal care at Sunflower was also not very good. Being a first-time mother, they did not provide me with information on what to avoid in my diet or activities that were potentially dangerous and also failed to tell me that due to having PCOS during my first trimester there were higher chances of miscarriage; all this caused high levels of anxiety each time I visited the clinic. The nurse would treat me like a new patient every time and make me explain everything again while it seemed like they hadn't read any medical notes about me; it felt like starting from scratch each visit. Due to all these reasons, I do not trust anyone from Sunflower Obgyn and cannot recommend them. more ... hide ...
