This place have undergone a great deal of renovations to not only the townhomes themselves but the people that used to reside in them Its not where you live but how and if you like a community that is pretty cool considering the circumstances I recom This place have undergone a great deal of renovations to not only the townhomes themselves but the people that used to reside in them Its not where you live but how and if you like a community that is pretty cool considering the circumstances I recommend these if you dnt like the environment or things that go on after dark then I wouldnt espiecially if you plan on raising a family Dnt like that the office seems to never be open when I would be there visiting or the fact that so many are boarded up as Im trying to move into one soon Also need to know if they except section 8 or are they income based but hoping I am able to get into one if so more ... hide ...

Living there from 2015-2018, I had brought my own refrigerator and it was stated on the lease that I was supplying my own fridge. When we moved in, they took their own appliance. Now, I am attempting to get an apartment in another complex and they wo Living there from 2015-2018, I had brought my own refrigerator and it was stated on the lease that I was supplying my own fridge. When we moved in, they took their own appliance. Now, I am attempting to get an apartment in another complex and they won't let me because they accused me of "stealing their fridge" and are asking an outrageous fee from me. I showed them the clause in the lease which explicitly says "Tenant bringing their own appliances" but they didn't care. Consequently, I'm unable to move anywhere else unless I pay a huge amount to the main corporation. Additionally, there were numerous rat and cockroach infestations while I was living there and the roof in the living room had a big bubble, presumably due to the RR on the top floor. I complained to fix it but all they did was diminish the pressure. Since I've moved out, they have had two different landlords and now they have a third since 2015. It's really bad turnover.
