When I moved in, the staff were quite helpful and provided me with all the necessary information to get settled. I'm glad I can't hear any noise from my neighbours, and they seem friendly too. I'm glad I can't hear any noise from my neighbours, and they seem friendly too. The place itself is quite clean, but the water has a strange taste. This is the main thing that makes me doubt my decision to stay. The pool was a source of complaint due to the mess created by teenagers who don't live in the building, thus the hours of access have been limited instead of finding a better way to supervise it. If there are any issues in my apartment, I have yet to receive a response to my requests for assistance. Overall, it's a nice place to live, though I wish it would be easier to get help with things. The maintenance team works hard, but perhaps they have too much on their plate or the communication between them and the office isn't good. Everyone is very polite when you need assistance, like you're not intruding on them. more ... hide ...
