When you move into your apartment you may not have a bedroom door, or working frigerator, or even working oven and may take months to be repaired due to the 1 single maintenance man that has 30 plus apartments and refuse to hire any help for him which would in whole help everyone. The scam is that they say its income-based so they go off of your Pay for month to month rent but when you leave they charge you whatever they want. I recentlyLeft the apartment in the same condition that I received it inAnd was charged an extra $500 with no Down payment back. NEVER GO TO DOGWOOD APARTMENTS THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND SLUM LORDS......Also I would like add the only 5 star review they have is from a fake account that has 2400 other reviews and not one comment on any of them. more ... hide ...
