The entry is secure, with a panel listing all of the tenants' apartment numbers and a two-way conversation between the visitor and resident in order to grant access. The apartments are well-maintained by an on-site maintenance worker, and there are storage sheds for the tenants' use. Additionally, all of the levels feature common areas with games, books, and other activities, and there are weekly and monthly events such as movies, dinners, and game nights. The rent is very reasonable for those on a fixed income. The only downside is that there is not a full-time manager on-site, as they split their time between different properties. Furthermore, the building is not within walking distance to stores or restaurants, and there are also no sidewalks, making it unsafe for those who could or would walk. This place isnt the greatest as theres a lot of issues visible on the property itself (makes one wonder what issues arent visible), but not the worst property either. The visible is all cosmetic, so thats a money issue. The visible is all cosmetic, so thats a money issue. The reason Im giving them 5 stars is for how the staff treats people!!! They went out of their way during this last big snow storm, to even push peoples cars out, shoveled people trying to even get to their cars, and salting walkways!! I know I appreciated their help immensely!!more ...hide ...
