In my fourth year living in the Fountain Place Apartment Complex, I have had no issues and have had a lot of wonderful experiences with the community and management team. The management is the best part of this place, as all concerns are promptly tak In my fourth year living in the Fountain Place Apartment Complex, I have had no issues and have had a lot of wonderful experiences with the community and management team. The management is the best part of this place, as all concerns are promptly taken care of and the maintenance staff are always welcoming. The location of the complex is also great, as Reo town is growing and vibrant. I enjoy walking to Saddleback Barbecue for dinner and working at Blue Owl with its great coffee. The view from my unit includes the fall colors of Lansing downtown. The lobby of the apartment building always has fresh coffee and cookies in the morning. Although the building is a bit outdated, it is kept tidy. Even the small details, like the laundry room sink and door thresholds, are well cleaned. The rent is also very reasonable. There may be occasional plumbing issues and water shut offs, but these are always announced in advance and fixed within a few hours. Heat is free, and cats and birds are both allowed. My only wish is that there were more short-term lease options so that I could stay here until I leave Lansing. more ... hide ...
