I at first had a great moving in experience would have given 5 stars except towards my ending experience When I signed my lease I was also looking for a house to buy my eta timeframe for buying a house with the current market was 3 months to 2 years I at first had a great moving in experience would have given 5 stars except towards my ending experience When I signed my lease I was also looking for a house to buy my eta timeframe for buying a house with the current market was 3 months to 2 years so I signed a year lease Was told if I found a house would be a 1500 lease cancellation fee with partial rent for if I stayed part of the month which I was ok with 4 months into the lease my garbage disposal breaks and they dont fix it put in 2 maintenance request and it didnt get fixed I ended up staying 5 months found a house As I was moving out I paid the 1500 and partial rent I get a call a few weeks after I turned in my keys saying they needed me to pay 50 for floor cleaning I was not informed this when I signed my lease nor was it in the contract So they threatened to take me to collections if I didnt pay it Its like I just gave you guys 1500 and 500 partial rent 2k all together my last month Dont move in here they hide fees and dont fix thing and take money from hard working peoplemore ...hide ...

Upon viewing of said dwelling it is evident that the condition is disgusting while breaking multiple housing codes. Openings to directly outdoors, food in carpet, hangings from previous tenants throughout, stench of black mold, etc. Please stay far away. Zero willingness to do a walk through, get you by taking money and giving keys before you are allowed to enter the premises. Collections will be in your future if you change your mind upon entry. The \"rock wall amenity\" is for children btw. The lake is their big selling point, Id rather throw myself in it.more ...hide ...
