Every few months, water infiltrated my apartment, coming through the ceiling in multiple spots and even spilling in through the windows during heavy rains. Maintenance was never able to fix the issue, and they even told me that the same thing happened in staff members' apartments and they just had to live with it. I kept my apartment spotless, and the management asked me to use it as a model to get refinanced multiple times, to which I agreed. After the eighth time of water damage, I decided to look for a new place to live and gave the appropriate notice. I cleaned my apartment very well before I left, but I was still denied my deposit for breaking the lease early. I strongly advise against living in this property, and suggest looking elsewhere!more ...hide ...
