I moved into Washburn Towers last fall. Ive had a very positive experience since living here. The management is very attentive to the needs of its tenants. The management is very attentive to the needs of its tenants. Some of the amenities here are a theater, a library and a swimming pool. There are various activities available such as water aerobics, monthly potlucks, coffee hour and movie nights. One big plus for me was being able to bring my 2 dogs with me when I moved in.
