I wish I could give negative stars My mother in law lived here for 9 years In January of this year she unexpectedly passed away When we found out she was sick and wouldnt be returning to her apartment we told the manager Tammy that we were the power I wish I could give negative stars My mother in law lived here for 9 years In January of this year she unexpectedly passed away When we found out she was sick and wouldnt be returning to her apartment we told the manager Tammy that we were the power of attorney and filled out paperwork that we would be keeping the apartment through the next month February and we paid the next months rent My mother in law did not last two more weeks we expected her to make it a few months but in a facility We came to start cleaning out her apartment only a few days after she moved out but over a month before we were releasing the apartment and the mailbox already said vacant That means that Tammy had to have told the postman that the apartment was vacant and her mail was then returned instead of us being able to pick it up She also told us that we would probably get all or most of her deposit back around 400 She said they were already going to replace the carpet and have to put Kilz and paint because of her smoking But since she lived there for 9 years they would do that anyway I admit that the apartment was left extremely dirty We barely got moved out in time It was hard enough getting it all done while working full time and grieving We did not clean the apartment We did not care about getting the deposit back We called several times though about returning the keys and just to inquire about the deposit because it was just a very deep cleaning that was needed First she never called us back My husband finally got ahold of her Tammy was so rude and had no compassion despite the fact that my husband just lost his mother She just kept saying how disgusting the apartment was She said that it was full of holes which were only thumbtack holes Next thing I know we get a bill made out to my mother in law from a debt collector for 813 When I got ahold of Tammy she said it was for all the charges for the apartment So not only did they take her 400 deposit but they charged her 813 All to clean There was no damage She then lied to me and said that she told us they always charge for painting even though she said they would be painting anyway She just lied over and over They know shes dead and cant pay so they do all these trumped up charges that they can get a write off for But we get this bill that is just upsetting This company is dispicablemore ...hide ...

The office manager made it so easy. And any time we had any problems at all in the apartment, maintenance responded quickly and was always super helpful and friendly. There is parks all around for kids and its in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend these apartments to anyone lookingmore ...hide ...
