Years later, an error was made by an old manager and I received an additional month free rent as compensation for not initially getting the 3rd month free. The current manager is very courteous and professional when it comes to informing tenants about changes or maintenance coming in, plus she works with us on our leases, bills, etc., without any hidden costs. There are always pros and cons with renting but in this case the pros greatly outweigh the cons! Additionally, safety was taken into account while constructing these apartments; they have fire alarms and sprinklers installed - my favorite example of this precautionary measure. more ... hide ...

I liked my stay at the bulldogs but our AC unit would go out all the time and when I called on a weekend to get it fix on an 86 or so degree day she said they would be there Monday because it wasnt an emergency and I had two kids in a house that was I liked my stay at the bulldogs but our AC unit would go out all the time and when I called on a weekend to get it fix on an 86 or so degree day she said they would be there Monday because it wasnt an emergency and I had two kids in a house that was 8090 degrees and when we moved put we were charged with a a huge bill for stains on the drive way cause you werent allowed to work on your car there and also for the carpet inside that was dirty prior to us moving in a a year of us living there with two kids wasnt going to help it and no matter how many times I shampooed the carpet it wouldnt come clean and when we were given the bull we had 10 days to pay almost 2 thousand dollars and she didnt even do a move out walk through to tell us what we needed to fix so we were fixing things that we seen that may have needed to I dont think that this is a good place for anyone to rent out at I had some good neighbors but others just caused issues and were very nosy more ... hide ...
