COVID of course is the reason. The seniors here are truly afraid of management evicting them should they be caught socializing in the common areas. Vacinated, masked, social distancing- doesnt matter. Its NOT allowed. As if seniors arent isolated already. To demand, imply, or plain out & out threaten them with write ups/evicitions is unacceptable. And I was just a tag along on someone elses visit there. I would NOT have any loved one of mine there as it stands. Its housing not incarceration. What on earth is going on YARCO? And that manager...what a power trip shes on. I moved in to a townhome fixer upper. It was so many things that needed to fixed that I couldn€™t keep up with because It was one thing after another. Even when maintenance came and did an €œupgrade€ on the townhomes inside and out there were things stolen from my house afterwards and the furniture they moved they did not put back nor did they clean up behind themselves. Not to mention a young man was just shot and killed outside my home two weeks ago. Every other week you hear shootings around the neighborhood and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. There€™s a different manger every other month and the environment is just not worth the wait or the risk to have your family.more ...hide ...
