No one answers the phone, I stopped my two different times and no one was over there. I was not able to pick up and i missed her call, call 3 minute later and no respond from the office, called again and again and NO Respond. all she said in the call that she is returning my call and advice me to call again I called many times during different part of the day and still no respond.more ...hide ...

Cross creek is in a decent area of town and is pretty safe overall so I€™ll give them that but the leasing office is absolutely terrible. During the time of living here I had to deal with disruptive, insane and rude neighbors but this wasn€™t the cherry on top I also had to put up with the unprofessional staff in the leasing office and their false accusations. Over the course of two months I had been given two violations notices for the same thing and then the neighbor two doors down also got the same notice for the same exact thing. Weeks go by after my second notice and I receive an email from the office stating that the violations that were given to my neighbor and I were dismissed as it was a €œmisunderstanding€€¦. No apology was made after leasing office made a big deal out of it and we€™re demeaning and rude. To any future tenets , be carefulmore ...hide ...
The apartments themselves are nice and reasonably priced considering the greedy rental market. However the community is so mismanaged. Crime is high. I€™m assuming that€™s because someone broke in before because the tenant did not lock the window properly. I understand tenant behavior is sometimes not the landlords fault but run better background checks or something. I€™m not even sure they do that.We have cameras absolutely everywhere for this reason. Just last night caught a kid going around getting into cars along with mine. We have a very young child and I do not feel safe at this complex at all.more ...hide ...
