I have been trying to find a place for my mother, who is unable to walk, but with the new manager, running us off really demonstrates that they may not have a caring attitude or the proper qualifications for a successful business. I am quite disappointed. My girls do not live there, so how could it hurt for them to play in the playground? No one plays there, and my mother is looking to move to the same place as I am desperately trying to help her, a 65-year-old handicapped person whom I take care of, to find a place. This place was one of the possibilities, so that she and I are not on the street. Can visiting children of any kind living there be allowed, or will they get run off too by this angry woman who probably needs to learn more about managing these apartments than running off toddlers with their father present, just to swing and slide? Does she manage the playground more than the real problems that stand out on those grounds? more ... hide ...

Worst place Ive ever lived Management constantly entering my home without notice knocking or calling at all hours of the day I worked third shift at the time No privacy or sense of ease Prior to moveout I filled a few nail holes where pictures were h Worst place Ive ever lived Management constantly entering my home without notice knocking or calling at all hours of the day I worked third shift at the time No privacy or sense of ease Prior to moveout I filled a few nail holes where pictures were hung and asked maintenence for the paint that was used for spot painting as a courtesy After it dried I noticed it was a semi gloss as opposed to the matte painting on the rest of the walls When I told management I was given the wrong paint I was told I would have to repaint the entire unit What Upon moveout I was charged hundreds of dollars for damages that didnt exist but because I didnt leave a forwarding address I wasnt notified and they sent it to collections which severely damaged my credit They will 100 charge you for nonsense and when I called and spoke with home office there was nothing they could do Unprofessional unethical shady business practices No privacy Go somewhere else more ... hide ...
