The units are what you should expect for a low cost rent but poorly maintained The younger Mantainance guy property managers boyfriend is helpful and respectful However the older Mantainance gentleman is rude and confrontational he will sit in a golf The units are what you should expect for a low cost rent but poorly maintained The younger Mantainance guy property managers boyfriend is helpful and respectful However the older Mantainance gentleman is rude and confrontational he will sit in a golf cart in front of your house and stare at you to see what youre doingnnThe biggest issue here is the property manager she poses as a calm and respectful person at first but in reality shes very nasty rude and disrespectful with tenants and guests she doesnt allow kids to play outside tenants to stand outside of their own units and at this very moment she has tried to evict me unlawfully twice be cause I confronted the older Mantainance guy about his attitude Watch out for Melissa more ... hide ...

15000 a month for water is just not worth it

this place is a joke in my experience my mother and her 4 grandkids lived here her water bill through them went from 83 in December 2018 to over 400 in January somethings definitely up with the water they do here Youd children are NOT allowed to play this place is a joke in my experience my mother and her 4 grandkids lived here her water bill through them went from 83 in December 2018 to over 400 in January somethings definitely up with the water they do here Youd children are NOT allowed to play outside only down by there run down park they have She sat for almost 2 weeks with no air this summer because the maintenance is a total joke there and cant fix anything more ... hide ...
