We have lived in two different places. The first one was located in Bowling Green and I would rate it nearly 5 stars. Problems were solved swiftly and a lot of the inhabitants were immigrants from Bosnia. However, some were quite loud and obnoxious. We have lived in two different places. However, some were quite loud and obnoxious. We stayed there for three years and it was generally okay. For the past five months, we have been living in Corbin. This has not been a pleasant experience; I have seen some dubious characters around, and we don't really feel safe here. People drive recklessly, disregarding the speed bumps. The first month wasn't great either, with family members of the renters next door and we had to call the Sheriff. The condition of the apartment when we moved in was well-worn; the carpet and linoleum flooring were worn out and there were patches of paint inside. There were also lots of marks on the doors. The shower and tub had stains in them. The property next door is an abandoned house and is not being maintained, as the photos show. I contacted the County about this with images to prove it, but I was told there is no Code enforcement for properties, which is outrageous. This place attracts stray cats and who knows what else, as the grass is too tall to see the mess. No one should have to live near this! If it was close to the County's residence, I'm sure they would take action to clean it up. We plan on leaving as soon as our lease is nearly more ... hide ...

Eastern Heights Holly Hills and Brittany Square are horribly ran and they take advantage of people They dont fix anything in a timely manner it could take weeks months or yrs to fix simple maintenance issues on the property like a leaky faucet If the Eastern Heights Holly Hills and Brittany Square are horribly ran and they take advantage of people They dont fix anything in a timely manner it could take weeks months or yrs to fix simple maintenance issues on the property like a leaky faucet If they actually show up they show up unexpectedly and tell you that they dont have to tell you when they are comingwhich is illegal They ILLEGALLY decide to change the terms of an already signed yearly lease agreement and if you dont understand that they cant change a contract they either get over by getting money they are not owed or they evict ppl that dont know they cant do that I have yet to see a competent site manager or any level above them in the time I have known this property management company Non professional non compliant and scammers are the mottos of this company and the properties they run more ... hide ...
