The siding is dirty and some parts have mold, the gutters are falling apart due to debris and leaves, which are never cleaned, and the trees are too close to the buildings and the roots are damaging the sidewalks, creating hazards for the elderly residents and visitors. Additionally, there are dead trees on the property that need to be removed. In the past, the lawns were kept neat and tidy with regular weeding and reseeding, however, now there is little grass, many weeds, and the lawns are rarely mowed. Complaints reported by the inhabitants remain unaddressed, if they are ever addressed, it is never done promptly.
