Lived here about a year most people keep to themselves a lot of kids riding bikes and playing sports rather the kids be outside playing than trap inside playing videos Havent had too many problems to complain about

My mother just moved in last month The maintenance guy put in a grab handle in her shower and fixed an area on floor for her walker to move easier So far she likes it and its affordable

Lived in the apartments for about a year but lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years This place is terrible The manager is a complete and is the rudest person you will ever meet The back end has major drug issues At least 2 meth labs have blown Lived in the apartments for about a year but lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years This place is terrible The manager is a complete and is the rudest person you will ever meet The back end has major drug issues At least 2 meth labs have blown up rampant domestic violence and Ive seen multiple people tackled by police Cars getting broken into is common here and the security cameras they put up havent worked in years except for the one by the front office of course They can evict you within 7 days My friend was just evicted because the laundry room had pipes bust in the wall and it flooded his apartment They gave him 7 days to get outnnThey will never work with you on your rent Friend of mine paid on time for 7 years He accidentally used an old check book to pay this time and it didnt go through He fixed the issue a couple days later and asked if he could pay the late fee next month as he is disabled and couldnt afford the late fee this month due to a fixed income The manager refused and said You can either pay it or get outnnIf something breaks dont expect it to get fixed Maintenance is a joke Better learn how to fix everything yourself out of your own pocketnnDont let the parks fool you either This place is not kid friendly Take a walk through the neighborhood one day Count how many alcohol bottles and used needles you can seennNeighborhood is also right below a hill and had terrible drainage Floods all the time Due to this mosquitoes are terrible Also mice are a fairly big problem They live in the fields by the Hill and sneak into the apartments during the winters to eat your food and keep warmnnOh yeah about those playgrounds they are basically constantly broken The basketball hoop has been bent for years the chains for the swings are almost always broken and both parks stay almost always floodednnDo yourself a favor dont live here more ... hide ...
