No pool, gym, or club access even though advertised & in the contract, NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO SIT ON YOUR OWN PORCH, unless on the floor, you are not permitted any chairs or anything outside, they will steal or discard it, then demand $200 per item, every two months a totally different management crew, who blames everything on last group, over ten teams in my two years. I am confident they will respond to this saying it was the previous people, new owners or management, and they will be the ones to fix everything... until they're gone next month and lying again. I read these reviews and since it seems all apartment reviews are adverse, I thought, not us, we'll be alright. Oh my! Not to mention the trying to cheat me for 395 first month, then a couple of times each couple of months they say you owed something outrageous for some crazy reason, and if you pay it, you better get a receipt. They said I owed for pets I never owned, then month to month fees ($250) up to $1250 total suddenly claiming I didn't have a lease more ... hide ...

When I say dont rent here please dont We moved in September of 2020 with our 5 month old and 2 year old and at first it was okay then days later everything changed Days after moving in roaches started to appear At first we thought nothing of it becau When I say dont rent here please dont We moved in September of 2020 with our 5 month old and 2 year old and at first it was okay then days later everything changed Days after moving in roaches started to appear At first we thought nothing of it because we saw them here and there then after a while we saw a lot every day coming from vents and under our doors closets the walls and ect They climbed in our clothes food our bathroom one even crawled on my 5 month old daughters leg in the tub They had a spray routine and sprayed every building every week but that didnt help I kept telling them about the problem and said they had professionals then I had to speak to the main manager and he came and looked and saw the roaches but tried to say its not much After we stated we wanted out of our lease they tried to offer switching us units after the denied us moving the first few times I asked I have them a 1430 form not only did they have bad roaches but mold and their water barely worked We moved and they charged us 3 Months rent now we have collections of over 3000 on our credits and I will not be paying it We gave them the 1430 form to leave they stated they had 30 days to fix it 30 days to fix a problem thats been there for 5 plus years No you cant Not to mention they said we didnt owe rent from September 2020 until January 2021 then they put a note on the door saying we owed 5000 which is crazy what a scam So we paid them their 5000 already and I have all receipts and emails I am not paying 3000 when I have them a 1430 form to move due to poor living situation from them They tell you lies to move in then try to keep you there or if not they will charge you and put it in your credit They never answer their phones either I have pictures and videos of all the roaches weve dealt with Honestly I feel they should give us our 5000 back We lost so much furniture when we moved and the roaches followed us and stayed in our furniture so we had to get rid of it they were in my daughters crib They should get sued more ... hide ...
