We have lived here for almost 13 years We have had a lot of friends come and go We have gone through a few landlords This is a good place to live They have a pool and a clubhouse

We have been living here for about 6months The Office manager that Ive dealt with is a really professional lady but very busy She said she works mainly at the Newburgh office so it can be extremely difficult getting ahold of someone in the office Thi We have been living here for about 6months The Office manager that Ive dealt with is a really professional lady but very busy She said she works mainly at the Newburgh office so it can be extremely difficult getting ahold of someone in the office This was a really nice and quiet place when we first moved in but in the last 2 or 3 weeks Ive seen more police responding to many domestic and other calls Many if them are due to immature teenagers causing damage andor harassing other tenants many of which did not even reside here in the complex One apartment building in particular has had the police there on more then 6 occasions for several different reasons There isnt anyone here managing the grounds anymore either The hallways and stairs are accumulating so much dirt and other trash We are looking to move as soon as our lease agreement has been meet Its really a shame We really enjoyed it here in our first couple months here but now its as bad if not worse than Lawndale or fair acres more ... hide ...
