Senior citizen building clean bug free wonderful tenants amazing women in the office I love visiting here wouldnt mind living here its also centrally located perfectly in Covington
Nice people who work here but there is a problem with elevators This is a safety hazard One is out and other doesnt always work If someone gets sick and calls emt dont know how they would handle this

People live here on a fixed income and have to pay towing expenses, $175.00, with money they dont have this place is not family friendly, this is why they are moving.... Takes them forever to fix anything when I put a work order in. The maintenance man don€™t do his job he just walks around until it€™s time to clock out.
