Living at this location is absolutely dreadful! Action Pest Control has been visiting every three weeks for years in order to exterminate the bedbugs, but they keep returning. I was scared I'd get them. They accept anyonLiving at this location is absolutely dreadful! Action Pest Control has been visiting every three weeks for years in order to exterminate the bedbugs, but they keep returning. I was scared I'd get them. They accept anyone and everyone, and it looks like many homeless people are living there. The staff's attitude is mean. For multiple months, there was no heat, and the air conditioning units wouldn't work in any of the apartments. It is assumed that the owners are millionaires and could have fixed the problem easily. Elderly people had to suffer and a class action lawsuit was filed, which was featured in the newspaper. The court is on their side, yet nothing has been done. Some people were allowed to install window units, but the bedbugs will always be present. In addition, the atmosphere is noisy with workers slamming doors, and some are arrogant and uninterested. The owners and the agent they send for meetings are not attentive to the problems. They listen, but don't take action. They did, however, fire the cruel and unsympathetic Tony Price, who had caused much grief to many, but this is the typical attitude of the people they hire – managers who are solely concerned with money. The root of the issue lies with the owners, who do not care about their residents. They are callous and hire cold-hearted managers, allowing them to act without supervision, so that the owners can go sailing on their boat, etc.more ...hide ...

I spent years living here and dealing with everything, including bad or noisy neighbors, poor management, and kids who knocked on the door at 3 am.
