So while there were issues with moving in I will say that the management and whoever is in charge of maitinence have done a great job at communication. Yes problems are frustrating, but I dont think you could find an apartment with people who act so quick to fix problems. Overall the apartments are pretty nice and weve been here for 2.5 years. If there was a bug problem they call opc ASAP, my water heater went off and they were there the next morning (i called at like 12 am so it was fine), management actually calls me back within 24hours of a problem. Im very satisfied and we plan on staying here until we are ready for our own house. (They also have a great pet policy that most apartments dont offer either) . denise and whitney have great customer service and if i could remember the maitinence mans name i would mention him too (i think hes in charge of maitinence at the apartments).more ...hide ...
