Based on recent reviews, the management clearly isn't concerned with tenants. After having resided here for two years, the rent increased yearly with no corresponding upgrade to the property, except for the flood lights installed in certain areas after a body was found two Mardi Gras back. Drug use is rampant in this complex, which may not bother some adults but is of great concern to the parents of younger children living here. Even though this place is relatively inexpensive, I could elaborate on the multitude of issues I encountered here. Complaints to management were met with inadequate repairs, or none at all. I'm just glad to have left and relocated to a safer place. My advice is to avoid this place if you have any other option; it's not worth the hassle.
