Youre most definitely wasting time if you considered moving to this apartment complex Was approved May 31st and was called back on the 28th of July that needed additional information This is my first time moving and my experience was horrible

They keep giving me the run around Its ridiculous I placed an application online a month ago called them a few days after that to ask about the application fee Someone at that time told me that they would call me after so many days to come in and pa They keep giving me the run around Its ridiculous I placed an application online a month ago called them a few days after that to ask about the application fee Someone at that time told me that they would call me after so many days to come in and pay the application fee and deposit Fast forward a couple weeks later theyre now telling me the app fee has to be paid in person so I went ahead and did that Now theyre telling me to reach out to the management company to see whats going on when thats their job Im sorry but the way they handle things is terrible I definitely dont think Ill be moving here anymore more ... hide ...

Leasing office staff is a joke They called within a few hours of moving in stating theyre jumping the rent a little over 100 with no reason to it except apologizing for it After refusing they said theyll give a call back on it After repeatedly callin Leasing office staff is a joke They called within a few hours of moving in stating theyre jumping the rent a little over 100 with no reason to it except apologizing for it After refusing they said theyll give a call back on it After repeatedly calling them they reduced the rent jump to 25 again with no explanation So we asked to switch to another plan was told wed be given a call and they never did Its a joke and they dont inform you about any leasing process or anything Just basically pay the money get the key then get on with it The lady who handled our application knows absolutely nothing and gave no answers to any questions Run from them more ... hide ...
