Maintenance never really fixes anything. There's only one repairman and he behaves like a woman; he doesn't want to do anything and is extremely lazy. The gates are never functional, cars are regularly broken into, and to make matters even worse, the building is quite old and doesn't offer "modern" features. The entire complex is in need of a complete "renovation". For the price of a one bedroom, which is 810 a month, you could get a more "modern" apartment elsewhere. Do not move here; just run away. I don't even want to get started about the roaches, flies, and other creepy crawlies that appear in your apartment for no reason. The pest control guy never comes and when he does, it's like spraying water; the bugs are still here. We clean up regularly, never leave food out, and always keep the house tidy. It's not your fault when you have baby roaches; it's the big ones that are the problem. I had to stop using my pantry because they would crawl all over the food. The rent here should be 500-700 dollars; it's a total scam. If I could give zero stars, I would.more ...hide ...
