Awful service. To start, the staff that works there is completely rude, and very hard to deal with. Their apartments are infested with insects and the carpet was extremely dirty (even though they charge every tenant $125Awful service. To start, the staff that works there is completely rude, and very hard to deal with. Their apartments are infested with insects and the carpet was extremely dirty (even though they charge every tenant $125 as a cleaning fee at the time of leaving. At the move-in, they took $400 as a security deposit and at the time where me and my wife decided to leave the apartment complex they started claiming that this was a move in fee rather than a security deposit. I tried speaking to the manager and explaining to her the misrepresentation that was done through her staff and she rejected to provide any sort of help and was very rude to me and my wife. To add, they AVOID WRITING THE DEPOSIT THAT YOU GIVE THEM TO THE LEASE and depend on the fact that you dont proof check every single term in there.Worst service you can ever have!!more ...hide ...

My apartment has major water damage, has plants growing out of the floor, and was flooded with water for almost two weeks. The following is an email I sent to the corporate office over two weeks after the original incident. I also sent video and photograph evidence with location, time, and date stamps. Employees follow behind me every time I file a complaint and enter my apartment to attempt to cover up their mistakes. As of today I have video evidence of the manager claiming everything was fixed within 24 hours of the original incident but then stated the maintenance worker was still working in the apartment yesterday. I will be taking them to court shortly and reporting all incidents to the BBB as well. Do NOT rent from this apartment complex.\"I considered your comment about discrepancies and I cant for the life of me determine what these discrepancies are. Attached are pictures from August 12th 2015 which is three days after the initial complaint. All dates, times, and locations are embedded in the files and retrievable if needed for court. The pictures I sent you today, August 26th 2015, are fourteen days after the original photo and show that it is still uninhabitable. Once again: ALL date, time, and location information is embedded in the files and retrievable if needed for court. Per section 31 of the lease all repairs have not been made within the seven day time frame. You are not acting with \"customary diligence\" to remedy the issue. You are trying to force me into dangerous living conditions that you cannot rent to any human being by any reasonable standard. Attached are photos of your workers trying to repair a mold problem by painting over it. As you know, the proper procedure for dealing with mold is having a third party certified mold tester, who is a microbiologist and is completely independent of any remediation company, test for mold. Then having a remediation company come in, seal off the area, place it under negative air pressure, run air scrubbers, and open up the affected area and treat with approved mold killing solutions. Only after the mold tester gives the all clear can any repairs be made. Since none of this has happened, you cannot say that all repairs have been done in a reasonable time. So you must let me out of my lease, return my deposit ($250), and refund me the prorated amount for the time of August 9th through the 26th (this amount amount grows day by day) in the amount of $435.97 with a per diem of $25.65 from then on. If you want to get cute on things, per section 31(c) of the lease, consider this my written termination on grounds of hazardous living conditions with repairs not completed since August 9th 2015. As far as section 31(a) is concerned, the office was closed the day of the original incident so I had to call to put in the work order. All documents are attached in support of my claims. I also have multiple witnesses that went to my apartment at various dates while dealing with this problem that you are more than welcome to question as well.Striving for justice,Rob Phillips\"more ...hide ...
