I moved here in 2019 since then this have been the worst experience with an apartment The management here is unaccommodating Incompetent passive aggressive and uses any attempt to gaslight younI am currently in a two bedroom two bath apartment but oI moved here in 2019 since then this have been the worst experience with an apartment The management here is unaccommodating Incompetent passive aggressive and uses any attempt to gaslight younI am currently in a two bedroom two bath apartment but only one bedroom and one bedroom is functional One bedroom has no carpet just a cement floor and when it rains it floods in there and one bathroom due to a large hole in the ceiling See pictures posted This hole has been there for over a year which causes bugs to come in freely But of course they want the full amount of the rent and the excuse that is given is due to hurricane Ida and nothing can be done Be mindful that these issues were caused at least 6 months prior to Hurricane Ida A year ago I asked to move in another unit a three bedroom and paid my 500 deposit which they still have and the excuse they gave me is they are waiting for corporate to release the apartment lies While waiting I have watched the leasing agents move several people in including themselves and I have watched leasing agents show several individual fixed and ready apartmentsnMy issue is that you do not attempt to assist current residents who have been living in these damaged apartments while you continue to move new people in I dont understand why I am left to come home and be uncomfortable when all the management team go home to a fixed apartment and we live in the same complex At this point I have been nice and patient I have asked to speak with the regional manager Sheridan LaFrance several times and I get the run around Honestly I think the CEO Kevin OBrien needs to come down to see how poorly this property is ran because honestly I smell a class action suit looking at these reviews online Its giving code enforcement need to be callednAll I need at this point from Mayfair is my deposits from both apartmentsTHANKSmore ...hide ...
