The management here is terrible. When I moved in almost 3 years ago, I was told the washer, dryer, and water were free, but now I have to pay for both laundry and water. The apartment complex is riddled with potholes. They never respond to work orders in a timely fashion. I put in an order to fix my cabinet before it fell (on September 15th, 2021) but they never came and now it is off the wall. I have included some pictures. Not to mention, it fell on me! They don't answer simple work orders like for an AC filter, broken closet light, pest control, etc. unless you call multiple times or go to the office, and even then they'll lie and say someone is coming and no one ever shows up. This is the worst "uppity" apartment complex you can live in Baton Rouge. I'm paying for what, exactly? I always pay my rent on time, but that doesn't matter. Someone stole my car's side mirror and when I reported it to the front office, the receptionist found it funny. They don't answer the office phone (even though they have caller ID) and they hire and fire like crazy so you never know who to expect when you go in the office.
