I lived here for over 2 years The area is nice and quite Thats all I can say nice The apartments have low quality flooring and appliancesnThe worst is MANAGEMENT I will tell one of the stories I have and know more as fact We were told we would rec I lived here for over 2 years The area is nice and quite Thats all I can say nice The apartments have low quality flooring and appliancesnThe worst is MANAGEMENT I will tell one of the stories I have and know more as fact We were told we would receive our deposit back if we cleaned So we did We were given a receipt saying we would get 700 back within 30 days We received 450 in 36 days Stating that we did not clean the carpet 200 charge or clean behind dryer 50 charge We did not clean behind dryer That is true but we have receipt where we rented the steam cleaner She does not want to pay anyone to clean the apartment and she doesnt refund deposit when the apartment was cleaned properly by leaving tenants I could keep ranting So done We Will be checking out the right legal avenues to takenI do know all 5 of the office managers that I have been friendly with were unhappy there I worked BRIEFLY here too Can tell lots of negative stories more ... hide ...
