They are great Nice quiet area a pond with ducks a very nice pool and grilling area and a game room with a pool table Also a gated community

New management is awful Everyone tells you something different each time you talk with them you have to go to the office to speak with someone because they dont answer the phone My stay started off great but ended horribly Glad Im gone

I have had nothing but issues and zero responses from the new management team Ive left numerous messages on the resident portal emailed called and left voice mails and never hear back Ive moved out signed every form they sent me and paid out my last I have had nothing but issues and zero responses from the new management team Ive left numerous messages on the resident portal emailed called and left voice mails and never hear back Ive moved out signed every form they sent me and paid out my last rent amount and they are still sending rent charges with no explanations as to why I had to leave work early to go to the front office and speak to someone in person since no one returned my messages and when I asked questions about the move out contract a management member said Ive never actually read the contract Which is crazy that they are requiring us to sign their legally binding contract that they have never read more ... hide ...

Beautiful units and amazing amenities Ashley and her team were incredible at each and every interaction that I had with the leasing office The service techs were polite and quick to resolve the only item that needed to be addressed after I moved in Beautiful units and amazing amenities Ashley and her team were incredible at each and every interaction that I had with the leasing office The service techs were polite and quick to resolve the only item that needed to be addressed after I moved in The property is quiet convenient and has an awesome gym I have great neighbors that Im able to hang out around pool and fire pit while playing pool and grilling on weekends Moved in after summer but Im looking forward to getting the chance to use the pool My dogs love playing with other furry friends at the dog park My dogs dont care for the doggie wash station but it sure makes keeping them clean much easier The car wash is also a nice touch Glad I found this place while looking for apartments in West Baton Rouge more ... hide ...
