If there is an elderly person who needs assistance, they should have home health, private caregivers, family, and friends all come in to help. It is not the job of the apartment management to regularly check-in on every resident in this very large facility. If those prior-mentioned means of outside assistance are not available, a disabled person should not live in Pine Grove Apartments or ANY apartments whatsoever; such a person needs to live in an assisted living facility (ALF), nursing home, or in the home of a loving caregiver. more ... hide ...
