Poorly managed. Management lies, appliances broken upon move-in even though they assure that it is(Fraud). Took them almost a year to fix properly. Ignores numerous complaints. Youre located in the middle of everything; convenient walk to French Quarter, CBD, and Warehouse District. The streetcar stops one block away.
