Great place to live when the manager lives on premises Even though she no longer does it still a good place to live Quiet nice neighbors and most of the kids are really nice

Springtree Apartments are really great and have a nice central location. I am close to everything I want to be close to. They responded but like I said they told me I \"would be approved\". I never got an official approval. I am sure this is a regular thing.1. I set up an appointment to tour on Saturday, and when I got there they said it was a mistake and to come Monday.3. Monday, it was supposed to be ready in the afternoon and then they told me it would not be ready until Saturday.4. The manager told us we had \"nothing to worry about and we would get approved\".5. I cancelled because it was overpriced and super unprofessional.6. After cancelling, they called my boyfriend and said he \"failed his background check\". There is not a felony on his records anywhere. They told us this after we already cancelled.7. I talked to some other residents and they said the management is bad as well and to steer clear.8. They are not refunding my application per their policy, even though I cancelled it.I think the sassy management responses are very telling.more ...hide ...
