Inhabiting North Park apartments is the worst experience one can have. Tenants ignore the rules of the lease agreement and do as they please. Tenants ignore the rules of the lease agreement and do as they please. The manager does not answer the phone, and if you leave a message, you will not receive a reply. Therefore, if you seek a tranquil environment, this is not the place for you. The mold in the apartments, especially behind the walls, is appalling. Furthermore, rules are constantly disregarded. This place truly does not deserve any stars. You will be subjected to harassment from tenants and their visitors, and the management will not do anything about it. The only people who choose to stay here are those who prefer this type of lifestyle. North Park recently has new owners, and I wish they could improve the living conditions to attract respectable tenants. I hope they will try to reduce the loud music coming from other units. If they actually enforce the rules instead of just writing them down, it will be of great aid. Additionally, people living in the same unit who are not allowed to, and pets, are also issues that need to be addressed. Making North Park peaceful and suitable for people who need it will make it a better place to live and welcome individuals who deserve it.more ...hide ...

Also, be very careful with some of the maintenance men, make sure you are home when they enter your apartment or have you a camera in there where they can€™t see it. and that is all I am going to say about that.
