I would absolutely not suggest this place. The entire experience was very unpleasant. When I initially moved in, the air conditioning unit was not functioning, and neither was the dishwasher or sink. The toilets were constantly clogging and wetting the carpets and the former landlord refused to lift the carpets and put in very little effort to fix the toilets. When they eventually pulled up the carpet after around a year, the landlord wanted to leave the wall molding as it was. The oven was also broken and the washing machine was dismal (very shabby). Those with floors are vulnerable to an ant invasion because of the spaces between the wall and floor. They increase the rent but will not actually use the money towards repairing the place. The experience was quite inferior and the present landlord and the one before were quite unprofessional and untidy. Also, the central air kept dripping, leading to mold under the carpet that made me ill many times. I do not know who is encouraging these landlords but something needs to be altered, beginning from where they are getting these inadequate people. Do not spend your time here unless you are friendly with or related to these careless people. more ... hide ...
