I'm very fond of this place; it's within walking distance from several bus and streetcar stops, four blocks away from Canal Street, and close to the business district. Additionally, it is biking distance from Magazine Street. The building used to be a brewery and features laundry facilities on the second floor, a small courtyard near the office, free parking for tenants, a fitness room and gated entry with key code. Guests can park on the street without any worries about their vehicles being affected in some way. Moreover, there are elevators as well as stairwells. The staff at the office is quite friendly as well as maintenance personnel. The top two floors have attractive units with high ceilings, new appliances and an open floor plan; some of them have exposed brick walls too! Furthermore, I liked that due to its renovated brewery status there were thick factory floors that kept me from hearing any noise coming from my neighbors' apartments! All I ever heard was criticisms regarding how run-down the neighborhood looks; however there are numerous grocery stores nearby along with Tulanes new teaching hospital plus lots of restaurants so work is being done by local businesses to fix these issues up – which makes this place even more valuable! If I still lived in New Orleans proper this would definitely be my first stop – Falstaff is an incredible gem hidden in an unexpected spot! more ... hide ...

I was looking into getting an apartment here It was probably the worst place Ive been I sat in the office for a good 15 minutes before I was acknowledged I overheard the woman in the office talking on the phone to someone about how new tenants didn I was looking into getting an apartment here It was probably the worst place Ive been I sat in the office for a good 15 minutes before I was acknowledged I overheard the woman in the office talking on the phone to someone about how new tenants didnt have keys to their mailboxes and neither did they It was explained to me that the hallways smell because the trash chutes overflow with garbage Walking down the halls I could hear people talking in their apartments One person had a note on their door about catching the person that broke into their place I pointed it out and was told that the apartment wasnt responsible for break ins that I just need to be wary of who I let into the building Maybe that would make sense if their backdoor to the building locked properly Its not walkable either Its close a bus but the neighborhood isnt exactly the safest more ... hide ...
