I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The units are not in the same condition as the model unit we were shown. Our unit was filthy, with paint on the counter tops and floors, a screw sticking out of the kitchen counter, no oven, missing kitchen drawer, leaking bathroom faucet, and several light bulbs and fixtures that needed to be replaced. The neighbors are incredibly loud and our package was stolen from our doorstep. The security gate is always broken and the intrusion alarms don't work. My daughters were bitten by spiders several times. Management never sent pest control to treat the apartment even though it is listed as an amenity. We gave them 65 days notice when we decided to move out but received an eviction notice two weeks before our move out date. The office staff is dishonest and incompetent. more ... hide ...

I lived here for 8 months breaking my lease with a 60 days notice simply because it took 4 months from MY MOVE IN date to have my dryer and washer fixed took 4 MONTHS from my MOVE IN date to REPLACE my refrigerator had to live off of dried non perish I lived here for 8 months breaking my lease with a 60 days notice simply because it took 4 months from MY MOVE IN date to have my dryer and washer fixed took 4 MONTHS from my MOVE IN date to REPLACE my refrigerator had to live off of dried non perishable foods or fast food for that time frame took 7 months from my MOVE IN date to fix my kitchen lights didnt even fix my balcony lights pool isnt accessible gym isnt 24 hours the whole complex is looking run down from the garage doors being rusted busted inwards or missing the stainsbugs plastered on the outside walls of every apartment to the stairs and guard rails on the ground havingnno support for those that need them no class this place is a crock of sit And the amount of illegal activity that was going on around my apartment and someone was shot back there no i dont feel safe or secure taken care of or feeling my moneys worth more ... hide ...
