My family and I had not caused any trouble, however, the neighbor next door, who had a tendency to meddle in others' affairs, had made a number of baseless accusations against me, leaving me close to homelessness. My deposit was $645.00, and she even billed me for another $60.00 in damages, when there were none. Four of my friends and I had cleaned the house thoroughly, but she still refused to return my deposit. I had called a meeting with her the same weekend that I had been given notice of my lease termination, and we had begun on a friendly note, but it soon devolved into a shouting match. Unbeknownst to her, I had recorded the conversation. I had also sworn at her, as she wouldn't answer my questions, but she had included in the release letter that I had verbally abused her. Although I had tried to be courteous towards her, considering she lived just two houses away, her behavior was wicked and malevolent. I would suggest that everyone be very careful when dealing with this wicked witch or they too may find themselves homeless.more ...hide ...

I was initially excited to move back to my old neighborhood, but that changed when I went in to sign my lease. The Manager Yolanda informed me of all these rules. I could tell she was not being friendly and assumed she must be having a bad day. To sum it up - if you have children, this is not the place for you; they do inspections and spray for bugs on different days. Yolanda even had the audacity to tell me I needed to put on something else in my own house. She never wanted to give a receipt for rent until she was ready. She seemed to think she owned the property and also lived there. All in all, it felt like being in prison in your own home. I am so glad I'm gone. It is not the place you want to live, especially if Yolanda is still the manager. She was rude and disrespectful, and it is disheartening that she is one of my own.more ...hide ...

My living experience here has not been comfortable. The noise level here is terrible. There is a train that runs just across from my apartment that runs by blowing its horn every 2 hours or so. Doors slamming, talking,etc.The fire alarm goes off frequently so loud it literally hurts my ears! The management is constantly coming into the apartments inspecting things,repairs & remodelingno peace,nerve wracking. Hard to relax & no sleeping past 8 in the morning. Hard to sleep at night with the train noise.No immentities here no cable, WiFi or Internet unless resident pays for it themselves.more ...hide ...
