I didnt get to tour because no one was in the office during official work hours

Whomever the management company is should be ashamed of themselves Maintenance never comes to fix anything unless its an emergency The only thing they fixer was my ac I still have a cabinet door hanging off the hinges and a small child that lives her Whomever the management company is should be ashamed of themselves Maintenance never comes to fix anything unless its an emergency The only thing they fixer was my ac I still have a cabinet door hanging off the hinges and a small child that lives here and could hurt herself on it The shower doesnt work the water pressure is very low and now my toilet constantly runs when with a full bowl on top and my water bill has increased 40 dollars Now if I stopped paying rent I would be wrong but them not fixing issues in a timely manner is just sad I previously worked for a section 8 property that always made sure maintenance took care of all issues reported within a week if possible but would always come check the issue in case parts needed to be ordered The property manager is nice but I do understand their is only so much she can do The blame falls on the management company and the owners of this property more ... hide ...
