2018-09-08T10:06:13ZI am in a pickle At 300 am Saturday Morning while in treatment for a lung infection on antibiotics and trying to recover I hear what sounds like a muffled pop and then water flowing heavily I rush as hurriedly as a sick weak old 75 year old man can g I am in a pickle At 300 am Saturday Morning while in treatment for a lung infection on antibiotics and trying to recover I hear what sounds like a muffled pop and then water flowing heavily I rush as hurriedly as a sick weak old 75 year old man can go Upon entering my kitchen I find that the hot water heater was losing water rapidly I called the emergency number posted for such emergencys I could only reach a recording I left a message stating the issue It has now been over an hour and I have received no response as the water continues to flow It is my understanding as per the new managers statement in a meeting that she would respond to the call I have noticed on our community site that my problem was posted under maintenance request Will I have to wait Until Monday to have this issue resolved I had a neighbor who had to wait two weeks to get her hot water issue resolved I certainly hope this will not be my plight I need hot water as I am fighting an infection and need to be clean Time is now 425AM and still no response more ... hide ...

2017-01-26T11:55:43ZPut me in a damaged apt30 then never finished repairs When I got fed up and moved out a few months later the damages done by tenant BEFORE me was blamed on me When I found out and called to complain was told Oh well you should have got it in writing Put me in a damaged apt30 then never finished repairs When I got fed up and moved out a few months later the damages done by tenant BEFORE me was blamed on me When I found out and called to complain was told Oh well you should have got it in writing Luckily I have witnesses that state otherwise But that does not help me two years laternThe apt that I had transferred out of 24was left in pristine condition Management is not very trustworthy or reliable Take pics and make sure you have signed documentation before and after I learned the hard way I only give 2 stars because the apt I had before was nice and the past management and maintenance was great more ... hide ...
