I have been a resident of Heritage at Columbia Parc for over three years. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it is also carefully constructed with thought to details both inside and out. The flats are spacious and straightforward to clean with full-sized energy-efficient appliances. These appliances include a full-sized front-loading washer and dryer. The kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of cupboards, and a breakfast bar adjoining the dining area. The bathroom is huge with a large linen closet and lots of safety bars in the roomy walk-in shower. Between the bedroom and bathroom is a sizable walk-in closet. This three-story building has a delightful lobby with exquisite furniture and art, as well as a delightful baby grand piano and an entertainment area. There is also a computer room with a printer beside the lobby. In addition, the ground floor has a combination meeting room/theater. We are fortunate to watch movies several times a month. On the second floor is a large, fully equipped fitness center. On the third floor, overlooking the main entrance, there is a gorgeous balcony. From the balcony, one can enjoy an amazing view of the New Orleans skyline, beautiful sunsets, and fireworks displays during special occasions. We also have a top-notch cleaning crew, maintenance (inside and out), and landscaping staff. The personnel are always courteous, professional, respectful, and helpful.
