Although the gym needs some work, as some of the machines are not functioning properly and its selection is limited, they are beginning to respond to tenant's complaints regarding upkeep, and the property has improved greatly since last winter. Additionally, it appears that the management has been targeting young professionals for leasing instead of Section 8. The apartments are mostly new, and although not especially huge, their size is adequate. The appliances are also recent, and the rent for the area is a great deal.
