I am a current resident at Riverview I am very happy with my experience The Assisting Community Manager Ms Dana is always kind thoughtful and understanding He is professional and has impeccable follow through I dont now what we would do without her

I have been a resident here for 4 years and I used to be very content with Riverview. Recently, however, the management has gone downhill. The new office staff and management are incompetent! The new office staff and management are incompetent! I had a discussion with the property manager today and she hung up on me! I have never encountered such impolite and unprofessionalism in my life! They appear to be indifferent to the tenants. I had an occurrence two months ago where my car was vandalized and there was no assistance from management. I have asked for the corporate office number at least 5 times, but they either lied to me and said they didn't know the number, or they told me about the chain of command. I understand the chain of command, but if I have issues with the office staff, who do I go to? It's unheard of for a tenant not to be able to get the corporate number! Please replace the Office Manager The previous managers we had before Ms Amber and Amy were so nice whenever I came home from school to pick up things from the office The new manager makes me uncomfortable with their incredibly obvious fake politenes Please replace the Office Manager The previous managers we had before Ms Amber and Amy were so nice whenever I came home from school to pick up things from the office The new manager makes me uncomfortable with their incredibly obvious fake politeness invasiveness and unprofessional demeanornnIt seems like the dishwasher doesnt work and it is very cheap We are very clean people but we get roaches now Weve NEVER had roaches before and we have lived here for a few years we went from ZERO roaches to killing 2 or 4 every month Whenever you call for something to be fixed management takes days to answer or it never gets fixed Weve had a patch of the wall that came off from a severe rainstorm several years ago we gave up on it getting repaintedrepatched after 2 years When you get a note about the next installation or the spraying for pests Id strongly recommend staying home or having someone stay home and watch the maintenance people while they are doing their jobs Plus the rent is extremely high 1200 for people who dont even make 30K a year more ... hide ...
