Jennifer Anthony, the Sales Marketing Director, was incredibly helpful from the start. She was of immense help to us during a difficult period when we were seeking an assisted living residence for our relative. Jennifer made a great impact on us and assisted in getting the necessary arrangements done in a timely manner. We are delighted with the care and kindness our family member receives at this place. The staff make her feel safe and cherished and she seems to be content. There are plenty of entertaining activities which keep her engaged and she has formed many friendships. Even amidst this “once in a century” pandemic, it has remained a lively and secure community. The Residence is bright and cheery with delightful activity and dining areas. The dining services and meals are amazing, making our family member extremely satisfied. We thank all who make this place an amazing place to live, as the Residence at Pearl Street is truly “the best.” more ... hide ...

We thought it would be over soon, but we now know that was not to be. The staff was amazing and wore PPE to keep the virus from spreading. They checked on every resident daily, even having video calls with families so we could visit from a distance. A special associate helped my Mom when she lost interest in life and stopped eating; hospice had to be called in at one point. Thanks to them, she got through it! The restrictions were eased during summer/fall but Mom had declined greatly; we decided Memory Care would suit her better and she adjusted well there. The management/staff are now extra careful about COVID rates, following all the rules for safety (masks/visitations). Everyone got their second shots in Feb 2021 which has given us peace of mind. We can't thank Pearl Street enough for taking such good care of our loved ones! more ... hide ...
