This is my experience with this company. A rental agency found us an apartment in one of their residential buildings and we submitted our application which was accepted. A rental agency found us an apartment in one of their residential buildings and we submitted our application which was accepted. We had asked to sign the lease beforehand to make our move-in day easier, but they declined and said that we could do it on the day itself. A few days before the move, we called to arrange a time and they suggested 2pm to sign the lease and receive the key. We asked if they could move it to earlier in the day as we had an infant and needed more time to move our belongings. However, they rejected our application, returned our deposit and so on. Why? Because they didn't trust us! We hadn't informed them that we had an infant, but we had visited the apartment with our baby and had asked our broker to find us a de-leaded apartment. I had never encountered such inhumane behavior anywhere else. They left us on the street in the winter cold with our 6-month-old infant after a month of waiting and wasting our time. They wrongfully accused us of lying. What a disgraceful excuse for their work. We had chosen their apartment because we wanted a de-leaded one and we had told our broker we had an infant, and had even visited the apartment with our baby! Everyone in the circle knew that. What a joy it was to be invited and sing Christmas songs with another staff person who had a great voice, I was thankful for her as we got to sing to their residents of course we followed social distance guidelines set iWhat a joy it was to be invited and sing Christmas songs with another staff person who had a great voice, I was thankful for her as we got to sing to their residents of course we followed social distance guidelines set in place, so we were on the outside on the sidewalk and she and I together we did Christmas songs for the residents listening from their bedroom windows and wherever they could listen inside there and we had a blast doing it! My case manager Demetrius set this up so that the residents could have a nice Christmas! That is one experience Im sure myself and the staff lady will never forget as we got to bring a little bit of Christmas spirit and joy to the elderly and the Senior residence of Hearth! £ And the really cool thing is they put the video on Facebook as well I didnt even know we were going on Facebook! And now its an honor to be a part of their 30 years celebration! This organization has done so much for me I cant even begin to express to you how much they mean to me! more ...hide ...
