All the parking meter in downtown Lowell are broken I walk to 4 different locations and still none of them work What are the city doing with our tax money
extremely unprofessional and rude inconsiderate i was just asking a simple question and look for some guidance on what steps i have to take to solve my problem i was recommended to call And never again i will NOT call for any type of help
Great day to get work done there was a line but moved very fast they allow two people in at a time with mask protocols of course Over all very good experience
