It can be so difficult as a beloved family member ages and declines to know how to best help them When our mother needed more care and could no longer live on her own we searched long and hard to find the correct place From the moment we walked in th It can be so difficult as a beloved family member ages and declines to know how to best help them When our mother needed more care and could no longer live on her own we searched long and hard to find the correct place From the moment we walked in the door we knew we had found the right place when we went to visit the Arbors It feels as though youre stepping into a luxury hotel or resort All the staff are unfailingly polite and kind There are activities multiple times a day 7 days a week The staff is always there to prompt mom to go down for her meals if she doesnt show up or to ask her if she wants to go to the activities They check on her throughout the night to make sure shes safe And the meals are served in a beautiful lovely dining room It is the best possible place I could imagine for my mother I highly recommend it more ... hide ...

My dad was there for about 3 years a decision we came to after the passing of my mother when his dementia made it challenging for us to provide the care he needed While he was there I did not have to worry as much He received excellent care and comp My dad was there for about 3 years a decision we came to after the passing of my mother when his dementia made it challenging for us to provide the care he needed While he was there I did not have to worry as much He received excellent care and compassion The staff was always there to help when needed and happy to do so On days when I would call and he was lonely and sad I was able to reach out to the staff and they would stop in and talk with him to lift his spirits Even on days when I would leave and I was upset they would comfort me I found the team at the Arbors to be more like extended family than staff They always treated our whole family like their own family and they care They have given my loved ones both my father and now my aunt the best experience possible succesfully making a home away from home Forever grateful more ... hide ...

We have had a great experience with The Arbors The move in process went smooth staff have been great communicators Mom loves the activities the food and her apartment We find it to be a great community and know she is being cared for and respected
