My aunt had been having problems, she kept telling us that it seemed as if someone was going into her apartment and we just thought she was maybe \"imagining things\" NOT.....Thats invasion of privacy one day i told her to act like she leaves and come back and she caught them in action...Her english is very poor so she can barely defend herself....she doesnt have a smartphone so she was unable to record, so there was no proof...thats very upsetting...i called to speak to someone and they didnt even know what to say...I understand theres elderly people but thats not fair to treat them like they are stupid and do whatever they want.......ALso this place keeps getting worse...Its been under Construction for OVER 1 YEAR....and everything is just like time paused and nothing is getting done.....what about the ELEVATORS???? she already got stuck in there a few times!!!
