Sometimes they just close a request and never come so that it looks like they€™re fixing things.The property manager, Magdalene Luciano, takes forever to respond and doesn€™t follow through on her promises and then lies to try to make you go away. I am in one of the buildings she oversees at Olmsted Green and she and the property manager at that location both have been impossible to communicate with and lie constantly.Don€™t trust Winn Residential, Lidia Pereira or Magdalene Luciano!
